On 1 January 2021, Samsic Group officially announced the acquisition of Uniserve Gebäudereinigung GmbH, a German cleaning and security services provider. Samsic Group is here achieving a strategic and significant merger in one of Europe's leading economies.
Uniserve Gebäudereinigung GmbH becomes Samsic Gebäudereinigung GmbH. Samsic Germany headquarter is located in Wiesbaden, near Frankfurt.
Our group is now strengthening its expertise in the hygiene, cleaning, green spaces, snow removal and safetyservices in Germany, with 2,000 employees. This merger provides Samsic Germany with complete coverage of its territory via 23 agencies in 5 different regions.
Samsic Gebäudereinigung GmbH offers more than 20 service lines to a wide variety of sectors such as health care, trade & retail, industry, hotels, banking & insurance, airports, schools & universities, transport & logistics, etc.
In 2021, Samsic Gebäudereinigung GmbH will achieve a turnover of €80 million and is aiming for €100 million in the near future.
Klaus Elm is President of Samsic Gebäudereinigung GmbH and is supported by Dirk Kraus, General Manager of Operations. The Executive Board consists of Gerd Zimmermann, Chief Financial Officer and Paul Oude Engberink, Commercial Director.
